While FAST Defense classes are conducted at Minnesota Valley Martial Arts in Apple Valley, MN, they are not martial arts classes, students will not be receiving martial arts instruction, and there will be absolutely no attempts made to get people to sign up as martial arts students. That's how strongly we feel about the potentially life-saving skills taught in this class and their effectiveness for everyone! These classes are for people that just want to lead a normal life and to be safe.

Our studio can be found on the east side of Pilot Knob Rd in Apple Valley, across the street from Scott Highlands Middle School. We're located in the mall behind Walgreens - just look for the big red KARATE sign in the middle of the mall.
